ASTOUND Group has appointed Heather Clayton as Chief Financial Officer, recruiting a finance leader experienced in managing growth across multiple entities in Las Vegas. Her arrival bolsters the company's capacity for mergers, acquisitions, new ventures, and intellectual property development during a pivotal expansion phase. This move aligns with recent leadership additions, including Karim Wazani as Head of Sports and Brittany Castle's promotion to Senior Vice President of Client Partnerships.
Proven Record in Complex Operations
Clayton spent six years with the Vegas Golden Knights, rising from Controller to CFO. She directed accounting and finance through intense growth, expanding from two entities to thirteen in just over two years. Her oversight extended to venues, five partnering foundations, and several hotel acquisitions, demonstrating skill in high-pressure, multi-faceted environments.
Prior to that role, Clayton honed her expertise in Las Vegas casinos at American Casino and Entertainment Properties, advancing from General Ledger Manager to Controller. This trajectory highlights her ability to construct robust financial systems amid demanding expansion.

As CFO, Clayton will steer ASTOUND's financial strategy amid organic growth and bold initiatives.
